Studio Dreamland is a radical wellbeing studio, indie esoteric shop, and creative community space rooted in inclusivity, connection, and dreaming new worlds into being. Our aim is to support folks to move into deeper relationship with themselves and the world.

We’re a wellness space, though our idea of “well” is expansive. A place for folks to explore physical, mental, spiritual, and relational wellbeing, while acknowledging that true wellbeing sits at the intersection of individual healing and collective care.

This is a space of deep humanness, a place the celebrates the both/and. A space where we can connect meaningfully and find magic in solitude. This is a space to grow, heal, and create new worlds together, dreaming into what’s possible. Learn more…

    An evening of pause and slowness. Explore how to honour your body's right pace, loosen the grip of urgency, and intentionally slow down to connect deeper to yourself and the world around you

    A ritual of breathwork and rest. This workshop is a space to connect with the deep wisdom of your body, to tune into what feels alive, and to let go of what's ready to be released.

    A nurturing sound bath designed to guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness. Crystal singing bowls and chimes create a sanctuary of sound where the mind and body can soften and release tension.

    Saturday 8th November
    12 - 2pm

    Learn to experience yoga poses from the inside out. Using play and rest, supported by a bounty of different props, you'll map out movement patterns, find support, and explore sensation, challenge and feedback so you can embody your yoga practice more fully.

  • Tarot Beyond the Guidebook

    Saturday 22nd November
    1 - 3pm

    Take a deep dive into tarot and learn to interpret the cards through your own lens. You'll come away from this workshop with a more personal relationship with your deck and the ability to approach your spreads with intuitive fluidity.
