Studio Dreamland is a radical wellness space that brings together healing, creativity, and community under one roof. Our light-filled studio in central Nottingham offers three interconnected elements: 

One-to-one treatment room
Where practitioners in different healing modalities support clients in a welcoming, inclusive environment. 

Group practice space
Our intimate space for workshops, courses, and community practices. A place to come together and connect, moving into deeper relationship with yourself and the world. Our curation of events offer moments of embodiment, education, revelation, restoration, and ritual.

Indie esoteric shop
We source products with care. Working with indie makers and creatives so that you can be sure of the provenance of your magical supplies. In store you’ll find a curated collection of ritual products, art and spiritual supports and gifts for the body, home and mind. 

But Studio Dreamland is more than just its rooms. At its heart lies the belief that wellbeing is not just about caring for ourselves, but also remembering our interdependence. It’s a place where individual and collective healing are intertwined. 

It’s also a space where you are encouraged to find your own path. We are a multi-modality studio because we know that there’s no single right way to heal or grow. Not every modality will feel meaningful for everyone. That’s okay. Studio Dreamland is about finding the practices, rituals, and perspectives that resonate with you and carry you along your own unfolding path.

Our guiding vAlues

Welcome – Everyone is invited in. Every part of you is welcome here. Difference and diversity are not just accepted, but celebrated. We centre those that have been historically marginalised: Black, Brown, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, disabled, the impoverished, and communities in crisis.

Connection – We need one another. Our wellbeing radiates in concentric circles: self, community, earth, spirit. We honour that interconnection and consciously create a network of care that ripples beyond the individual.

Nuance – We’re here for the both/and. The world beyond the binary. The magical in between. The space honours complexity, mystery, and the liminal. Not everything needs to be fixed or solved. We don’t need to rush to a tidy conclusion. There’s magic in sitting with the unknown. 

Becoming – Growth is an ongoing process. A spiralling, cyclical unfolding. We work at the intersection of individual healing and social justice, and believe that our individual healing and societal healing are intrinsically linked. Studio Dreamland is a place to be within change, both individually and collectively.
