Everyone says you should ‘listen to your body’ but what does that even mean? And how tf do you actually do it?
Your body holds deep wisdom. But there are many layers which can get in the way of you being able to access that wisdom.
In this 6-week series, you'll join Mina Aidoo to learn how to listen, hear, and act on the wisdom of your body, even when times are hard.
We’ll be exploring:
How to name and gently feel your emotions without getting swamped by them.
How trauma affects your ability to be present, and simple ways to begin to work with post traumatic physiology.
How to intentionally work with stress so that you move away from overwhelm, and get back to your natural state of resilience.
What it means for you to matter
How healing your habitual patterns around mattering is integral to thriving.
How to stay grounded in yourself, even when life feels like it’s speeding up.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your nervous system patterns, and how to work with them. By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have practiced all the skills you need to listen to your body, and will be able to be with your emotions with more ease.
Please note, this will be a small group (just six people, maximum) in which you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive support directly from Mina.
