Your body holds deep wisdom. But there are many layers which can get in the way of you being able to access that wisdom.
In this 6-week series, you'll join Mina Aidoo to learn how to listen, hear, and act on the wisdom of your body, even when times are hard.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your nervous system patterns, and how to work with them. By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have practiced all the skills you need to listen to your body, and will be able to be with your emotions with more ease.

Resilience, Rest & Regulation
A body that knows what regulation feels like, can more easily come back to it. Explore small ways you can build resilience & nervous system regulation into your everyday life. Explore intuitive somatic movement guided by Mina.
Week Two
Needs, Self care, Neglect & Healthy Mattering
Are you able to sense what you need, ask for your need to be met and then receive? Explore how your time in the womb can shape your ability to give and receive in the world. Plus learn the truth about self care (it’s not what you think). Explore intuitive somatic movement guided by Mina.
Week Three
Managing stress
Discover what really helps to digest the stress of everyday life. Explore supportive somatic movement for release and renewal, guided by Mina.
Week Four
Trauma
Traumatic imprints can stay in the body until they are met appropriately. Discover why trauma happens, and get new perspectives on how to begin to digest outdated patterns of behaviour. Explore supportive somatic movement guided by Mina.
Week Five
Emotions
Emotions are expressions of our inherent aliveness. So why do we find it so hard to be with them? Discover the 7 waves of experience, and begin to understand your emotional responses on a deeper level. Explore intuitive somatic movement guided by Mina.
Week Six
Pleasure
How does pleasure exist in your body? An exploration into pleasure and how we might begin to invite it in on a somatic level. Experience a delicious extended somatic movement ritual practice to support & nourish yourself.
Please note, this will be a small group (just six people, maximum) in which you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive support directly from Mina.
