These monthly workshops are a space where you can be immersed in queer community, outside of the party scene. Somewhere to gather without expectation, to feel held, and just be.

Held by Elle Bower Johnston, each workshop is an invitation to explore queer identity, reconnect to your body, build community, and foster well-being. It's a space rooted in tenderness, curiosity and self-expression, where you can move, rest, reflect and reconnect.

You'll use methods like somatic movement, breathwork, rest and conversation to help you cultivate joy, resilience, and queer magic. Because feeling at home in your queer body is a soft rebellion against the systems that were not built for us to thrive.

No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and your curiosity.

Queer Bodies is for all folks who identify as LGBTQ+. They are trans-celebratory spaces and we welcome people of all gender expressions.

Please wear comfy clothing that you can move easily in. Mats, props and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring any other items you'd like for extra comfort.
